The Weekend! Finally!

I was feeling lazy and hungry, (which makes cookie dough in those break-apart packages the best invention ever), and made myself a decadent snack in record time:
Mostly baked chocolate chunk cookies + Samoa (the best Girl Scout Cookie ever!!) ice cream.

...Layer.... Devour... Thank me later....!

I hope my weekend involves a lot of this! And yours too, if you so choose ;)
