Etsy Finds!

Sometimes I need to close the laptop and walk away. I could probably spend days on end browsing Pinterest and Etsy if given time off work and a bag of giant marshmallows for sustenance...not saying this specific scenario happened -ahem- recently; it was more of a hypothetical situation....

Yeah, let's just look at a few of my finds:
1. I love organization that is as attractive as it is useful, so this box of drawers is awesome.
2. Twig Branch Bobby Pins are so cute and so perfect for fall!
3. I have already mentioned how much I love onegarnetgirl's creations--look at these raw diamond studs and tell me you don't love her, too!4. Hand dyed scarf in a bright, cheery hue? Yes, please!

Does anyone else loose countless hours on Etsy? What items do you love to search for?

Sunny Day Outfit

I was running out to do a little shopping (if it was a sport, you might say I am an athlete) and since he was around to be my victim-er-helper, I had my sister's bf take some photos of my outfit before I left (Thanks, Jacob!). Sorry for the lackluster picture quality, but this is a learning process, right?

I paired the yellow leather jacket I got at Last Chance (see it here) with a striped top, jeans, and lil orangey-red ballet flats. I wanted to nautical theme + color to be fun, but not completely overdone, so I paired it with a neutral bag.


I got these little bee earrings a long time ago but they still make me smile!


The scenery is lacking, but say hello to my favorite aloe plant and our new gate ;)


I like my ring from Onegarnetgirl so much I blogged about her shop (here) a few months back. I forget what stone it is, but it is a light aqua color and it somehow goes with everything.

You gotta love a girl who enjoys some sparkle! I am big into rings and OneGarnetGirl's store on Etsy.com always has the cutest cuts, prettiest colors, and yet has an unfussy, simple style. She makes cute necklaces and earrings, too, but the rings! Here are a few of my favorites:

I own one of her rings that I wear constantly, but with the holidays coming up, I am trying to decide on a new ring to ask Santa for... but narrowing it down to one is hard! I love rings, esp stackables, and can't leave the house without one, but what what is your go-to piece? A watch? Necklace? Earrings?
